    The Dean’s Office has two primary responsibilities. 第一个责任是 provide direct support 和 assistance to all currently enrolled graduate 学生. Our office can assist 学生 with matters related to forms, policies, scholarships, thesis/dissertations, interdisciplinary studies, 和 advanced graduate certificates. We also host a number of special events for graduate 学生 such as the 菠菜网lol正规平台 Grad Slam, professional development workshops, student success workshops, writing workshops, 以及社交机会. The second responsibility is to advocate for graduate 学生 by evaluating all graduate programs 和 representing the needs of graduate 学生 on university decision-making committees. Our office works with the university to make sure that fair policies are developed, enhancements are made to current programs, 并且开发了新的程序.

    The GAPE office processes the admission for all graduate 和 teaching credential programs. The admissions process is two-step, whereby applicants apply to the university 和 部门计划. 会议室要求

The 研究生院 和 Undergraduate 教育 have two conference rooms in the 政府 Building (ADM) that are available to use free of charge. 会议 rooms are available Monday - Thursday starting at 9:00 a.m. 不迟于4点 p.m. 

Please check out the room availability for ADM 144 和 ADM 167 然后把这个填上 谷歌的形式 提出请求. Please allow 2 business days for your request to be reviewed. Your reservation will be confirmed when you receive an email from a staff member.

Please note that Undergraduate 教育 和 the 研究生院 have priority in scheduling ADM 144 和 ADM 167. In the event that your scheduled meeting needs to be canceled, you will be notified.
