Campus Center or Institute 报告要求

Directors of established centers and institutes (CCI) are required to submit an annual 报告. In addition, at intervals of no more than seven years, each CCI shall be examined by the 研究生学习 and Research (GS&R) Committee of the Academic Senate.

年度报告

每 University Policy S22-1 [pdf], CCI directors shall submit annual 报告s to the CCI administrative dean, who shall review, sign, and forward the 报告 to the Associate Vice President for Research (AVPR) cci@yihetianquan.com.

Annual 报告s are due to the AVPR on 9月30日 每年的. Though the 研究处 sends an annual reminder to CCI directors at the beginning of each academic year, it is the directors' responsibility to ensure their 报告 is submitted by the established deadline.

The 报告 shall cover the preceding fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) and include the 后:

  • 封面页 to be signed by both the CCI director and the CCI administrative dean.
  • Description of accomplishments and future plans of the CCI.
  • Full accounting of income and expenses from all accounts (operating funds and any 辅助帐户). 裁判. Annual Financial Summary Template.

CCI directors shall submit seven-year 报告s to the CCI administrative dean, who shall review, sign, and forward the 报告 to the GS&R委员会 of the Academic Senate 他们可以通过 研究生学习 Coordinator in the College of 研究生学习. Upon completion of their review, the GS&R委员会 will recommend (or not) to the AVPR the continuation of a CCI with or without conditions.

* Although it is desirable to become self-sustaining, it is possible that it is in the best interests of an academic unit to provide support for a CCI based on the services it provides to the faculty and students. In these cases, the administrative dean should include a memo documenting the need for such support for consideration during the 七年的回顾.
