Less than 60 units earned (Freshmen and Sophomore) 建议

学生 with less than 60 units earned are encouraged to meet with a CoS-SSC advisor 每学期.

学生 can connect with an advisor via our advising services accessed through the 理学院建议画布上课程或面对面.

Services will not be available during Campus Closures, Office Closures, or Holidays.

60 or more units earned (Junior and Senior) 建议

学生 with more than 60 units earned are must meet with their assigned faculty advisor at least once a semester. 学生 can complete 主要建议 for "College of 科学建议" Hold removal by completing their department's procedures for 主要建议.

Winter and Summer Sessions and 建议

Most 教师 Advisors are out of office during winter and summer sessions. 学生 who have 主要建议 questions during Winter or Summer sessions can refer to their department to inquire about their appropriate point of contact.

How to determine how many units you have earned:

Generate an Unofficial Transcript on PeopleSoft (My菠菜网lol正规平台). On the bottom of the generated unofficial transcript follow the "ALL COLLEGE" row to the "UE" column to identify 你的单位收入.
