Dr. 马格达莱纳河L. Barrera) serves as the inaugural 负责教师成功的副教务长. In this role, she provides thought leadership on all aspects of faculty recruitment, onboarding, and professional advancement within a Minority Serving Institution context. Her work is informed by a deep commitment to recruiting and retaining diverse faculty 谁将资产意识教学法带入课堂.
