  • To streamline processing time, the practice of approving new courses for Spring terms will be eliminated effective AY 2025-2026. In the last ten years at 菠菜网lol正规平台, most new course proposals have been requested to start in fall terms. 新课程获批准 for spring terms are not able to be included in the online Academic 目录 due to publication timelines until the subsequent AY, which can be confusing to our students.  To accommodate this change, the 最后期限 to accept new course proposals and minor program revisions for fall terms have been extended by over three months, to 2月ruary 15th. 最后期限 for other proposals will still be in the fall – 10月ober 1, 11月ember 1, or 12月ember 1 –  depending on proposal type.

• Why can programs only be revised once a year when we have a digital catalog and schedule?

While corrections are made after publication, a PDF copy of the publication must be submitted to the Veteran's Affairs Office, TES, and ASSIST (for articulation purposes). Additionally, according to California Title 5 requirements, a student has catalog rights to a specific catalog's program requirements.
