San José State University purchases from the lowest cost suppliers who can meet our 需求. 供应商 are selected by the informal bid, formal bid, or formal proposal 过程.

There are two exceptions:

• 唯一来源 items have unique performance features not found in other items and are available only from a single manufacturer or from a dealer with exclusive distribution rights.
